CHLORINATED CLEANERS

PI 2100 - Low foaming chlorinated tray and cage washing liquid especially formulated for use in cleaning stainless steel equipment, utensils, hatchery equipment, trays and animal cages.

PI 2200  - Medium foaming chlorinated detergent containing potassium hydroxide, phosphates, polymeric dispersants, specialty surfactants and chlorinating agent.  Developed for one-step cleaning of all types of soils in the farm, hatcheries and dairy locations.

PI 2200 NP is a non-phosphate version of our PI 2200.

PI 2500 - Premium high foaming chlorinated cleaner excellent in penetrating, degreasing and emulsifying heavy soils.

NON-CHLORINATED CLEANERS

PI 1200 - A blend of acids, inhibitors and surfactants developed for removing rust and scales and neutralizing alkalis from lines, equipment and surfaces.

PI 2100 NC - Non-chlorinated tray / cage wash especially formulated for use in automatic power washers when chlorine is not desired.

PI 3200 - Caustic cleaner designed for hard-water cleaning of water lines, equipment, bottle washing and hard-to-remove soils and coatings.

PI 3400 - Medium foaming silicate based detergent specifically developed for use in poultry, swine and dairy industries.

PI 4000 - Non-foaming, phosphoric acid based detergent and deoxidizer.  PI 4100 is an excellent milk stone remover, descaler and neutralizer.  Safe on most metals.  Brightens soft metals such as aluminum and galvanized.

PI 4100 - Medium foaming version of PI 4000.  See above.

PI 4200 - High foaming, heavy duty concentrate containing phosphoric acid and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid specifically formulated for cleaning proteins, fats, greases, oils, carbohydrates or any other undesirable elements in farm areas.

PI D'Solve - A glycol based liquid degreasing detergent.  Excellent for all types of cleaning applications where dirt, grease, fats, carbon and any other hard to remove items are present.

Quik Clean + - High foaming, neutral pH, general purpose cleaner designed for use on farm premises, poultry and turkey farms, breeders, laying operations, hatcheries, swine premises and dairy farms.

SPECIALTY PRODUCTS

PI 60\45 - A blend of organic acids and copper sulfate for use as a mold inhibitor in animal drinking water.

Preserve LPH - A blend of organic acids used to reduce litter pH.

Vitalyte - A nutritional dietary complex and drinking water treatment.

PI Acidifier - A blend of organic acids for use as a mold inhibitor in animal drinking water.

PI Soft - Water supply treatment for "red water" staining and supply distribution line corrosion and scaling.  Contains corrosion inhibitors.

DISINFECTANTS / SANITIZERS

Advantage 128 - 10.5% triple "true" phenolic cleaner-disinfectant-deodorant effective in 5% organic challenge and 1000 ppm hard water.  At a dilution of 1:128, Advantage 128 is staphlocidal, pseudomonacidal, bactericidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal, and virucidal.

Advantage 256 - 21% triple "true" phenolic cleaner-disinfectant-deodorant effective in 10% organic challenge and 1000 ppm hard water.  At a dilution of 1:256, Advantage 256 is staphlocidal, pseudomonacidal, bactericidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal, and virucidal.  Advantage 256 is recommended for use in poultry and turkey hatcheries, breeder/growing houses, ratite facilities, swine producing facilities, equine facilities, veal barns, cattle raising facilities, animal care facilities, hospitals, and health care institutions.

Dyne-O-Might - The "flame thrower of farm premise disinfectants"  Dyne-O-Might provides disinfection in the presence of  50% organic soil. Patent Number 6,852,340.

FarmPhene - 17.50% triple "true" phenolic cleaner / disinfectant.  At a dilution of 1:256, FarmPhene is fungicidal, Pseudomonacidal, tuberculocidal, and virucidal

Iodis - 1.75% titratable iodine cleaner / disinfectant sanitizer.  Iodis is registered for use in meat and food processing plants, hospitals, veterinary clinics, other health care institutions, institutions, industry, schools, farm premises and poultry houses.   Iodis may also be used to sanitize poultry drinking water, shoe baths, hands and food-grade egg shells.

Mycocide - 3.50% titratable, low foaming, iodine sanitizer with extensive uses in the food, poultry, dairy and beverage industries.

PI Quat 4.5 - Low cost, 4.50% dual chain quaternary ammonia detergent / disinfectant. 

PI Quat 5.5 - An economical, 5.5%, four (4) chain quaternary ammonia disinfectant.

PI Quat 20 - 20% dual chain quaternary ammonia disinfectant / sanitizer registered for use in processing plants, dairies, animal quarters, poultry and turkey farms, hatcheries, and kennels.  PI Quat 20 may also be used to sanitize previously cleaned food grade eggs in shell egg and egg processing plants.

PI Quat 21.7 - A Disinfectant, Cleaner, Fungicide, Virucide effective in hard water up to 200 ppm hardness (Calculated as CaCO3) in the presence of  5% serum contamination.  PI Quat 21.7 is formulated for effective poultry and swine sanitation.

Pre-Chlor 12.5 is a 12.50% Sodium Hypochlorite multi-use sanitizer.

Synergize - The premiere cleaner / disinfectant on the market.  Synergize is a quaterinary/glutaraldehyde cleaner/disinfectant specifically formulated for use in animal and poultry housing facilities, turkey , breeder, grow out, fryer, layer, hatcheries, and swine producing facilities as well as the following equipment in these facilities:  waterers, feeders, hauling equipment, loading equipment, farrowing barns, nurseries, blocks, creep areas, and chutes.  Synergize is also for use in farm premise, equine facilities, veal barns, ratite facilities, (ostrich, emu and rhea facilities), calf pens, and associated farm vehicles.  Patent Number 5,891,922

Synergize NF is a lower foaming version of our premier disinfectant.

Synergize NP is yet another version of our premire disinfectant.  Synergize NP provides the same efficacy as Synergize, but without the pine.

HAND SOAP CLEANERS - SANITIZERS

PI 2400 - PI 2400 is authorized as an E2 sanitizing iodine hand soap for the use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants.

MOLD INHIBITORS

Preserve Liquid Mold Inhibitor - 67.5% propionic acid neutralized to a pH of 4.8 - 5.1 For rolled or flaked grains and complete feeds. 

Preserve 65 - A low cost, 65% propionic acid mold inhibitor, neutralized to a pH of 5.8 - 6.1

Preserve 100 - A 100% propionic acid, feed preservative.

Preserve GV - Our 67.5% propionic acid product combined with gentian violet for heightened activity.

Preserve Dry Guard - Dry propionic acid feed preservative.
